Appellant seeks allowance of appeal to Supreme Court to dertermine what constitutes "good cause" for granting relief to a plaintiff seeking to withdraw from stipulation limiting damages pursuant to Pa RCP 1311 on the eve of trial, and how prejudice flowing from withdrawl of a Rule 1311 stipulation is cured.
