Settlement Conferences and Pre-Trial Conferences to be Heard Remotely by JPT's

Positive movement!! We greatly appreciate the judiciary and court administration at Phila C.C.P. for hearing concerns of members of the bar, and implementing steps conducive toward keeping our cases moving during the judicial emergency.    Many of us who serve as JPTs or who have cases in the trial pools ready for conferences have now been advised by Pete Divon that settlement conferences and pre-trial conferences (non-jury) are being scheduled by JPTs for remote conferences.   So if you are a JPT please keep an eye on your email to look for assignment of cases, and if you have cases ripe for conference, please expect a phone call from a JPT to schedule a zoom or telephone conference.
