Virus Update

PADC is providing the following  status update from Joe Evers of the Philadelphia C.C.P. regarding the pandemic, and we will keep you informed as to any updates:

On behalf of the Administrative Governing Board, I provide to you the below update regarding COVID-19:

Currently all courts of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania remain operational. The District is actively monitoring the guidance provided by the Administrative Offices of the Pennsylvania Courts, Philadelphia Health Department, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  We will continue to act in accordance with these agencies and are prepared to make necessary decisions regarding specific court operations should the need arise.
