Program Description: This program will look at several areas of interest with respect to investigating and defending sexual torts. To start, the panelists will examine the best tactics to utilize to investigate these claims and what key information should be obtained as soon as a claim arises. The program will also address how to avoid pitfalls in obtaining this information through investigations, discovery, and depositions. The program will explore the discovery process and what information is needed by experts to assess the emotional damages typically asserted in these matters. Finally, the panelists will analyze defense strategies to appropriately defend these matters from both the liability and damage perspectives
