PADC Announces May 5, 2022 Dram Shop Webinar
In this 60-minute presentation, John, Dr. McCabe, and Don will discuss Pennsylvania’s dram shop laws, bar security, standard of care, policies procedures, and training. Signs of intoxication will be discussed and how objective police data may influence a theory of liability. In combination, Dr. McCabe will talk about the science of alcohol calculations and the scientific reliability: what information is needed to provide a proper blood alcohol content (BAC) calculation, how the BAC calculation is analyzed and how the findings impact your case. All three will discuss how their expertise overlap and complement each other.
