PADC’s seventh annual Young Lawyers program will be held May 9, 2019, in the Orchestra Room of the DoubleTree Hotel, 237 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia. This year’s afternoon program is entitled “A Young Lawyer’s Guide to Litigating in Today’s World”. It begins with a presentation by Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Dispute Resolution Center Manager Peter Divon on changes in the Philadelphia CCP and their impact on litigators. This is followed by a presentation by Dennis Suplee, Esquire, on dealing with difficult attorneys during discovery, and a presentation on how to overcome adversity in our diverse legal community by Philadelphia City Solicitor Marcel Pratt and Jennifer Coatsworth, Esquire. The three CLE credits program is immediately followed by a reception that is included in the price of registration. Attached is the program agenda and registration information.
