Philadelphia Insurance Defense Firm Seeks Associate

Billet & Associates is a five-attorney civil litigation firm based in Philadelphia. Our practice is in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is focused on defense, insurance, and business litigation.  We represent clients in a number of fields, including product liability, environmental and toxic torts, general liability, construction, labor and employment, trucking and transportation, contract and business litigation, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, among others.  We are looking for an associate 2-7 years in practice, admitted in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with experience in civil litigation, preferably in defense and insurance coverage litigation.  The candidate must be a good strategist and researcher, with strong verbal and writing skills, and experience taking depositions and arguing motions.  Trial experience is a plus.  This is an opportunity to work in a collegial and collaborative environment.
