PA House of Representatives Approves Legislation to Loosen Restrictions on Some Professions

4.29.20 General Assembly update: The House of Representatives voted in favor of State Rep. Todd Polinchock’s Bill, HB2412, allowing realtors to resume physical work as necessary and consistent with COVID-19 social distancing, with Rep. Paul Schemel’s Amendment A05190 which extends to physical operation of law offices consistent with safety advice and social distancing guidelines of the CDC.
