PADC Announces November CLE Luncheon
The program provides an overview of a range of topics that impact defense counsel with a particular focus on the status of the Fair Share Act in light of the Spencer v. Johnson case. Other topics include Summary Judgment for Motor Vehicle and Premises Liability matters, Enforceability of an Unlisted Resident Driver Exclusion, Application of the Bodily Injury Definition to PTSD Claims for First Party Benefits, Inconsistent Jury Verdicts and Jury Verdicts that are against the Weight of the Evidence, Delay Damages and the Dead Man’s Act.
